Fountain View at Logan Square has launched Journeys Memory Care, a new person-centered memory care neighborhood designed to support older adults living with dementia. The program features evidence-based care standards, specialized staff training across all departments, and individualized enrichment activities that promote residents’ physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being. Community leaders, residents, families, and local partners celebrated the grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony highlighting the community’s commitment to innovative dementia care.
