Fountain View, formerly The Watermark, a 24-story senior living building in Philadelphia’s Logan Square neighborhood, is in the midst of a $25 million renovation. After being recently purchased by Tryko Partners, the building has been rebranded as Fountain View at Logan Square, a continuing care retirement community offering residents luxurious amenities with an emphasis on wellness. The first phase of renovations, already underway, includes upgrades to the lobby and dining room as well as revamped apartments with modern designs and amenities. The subsequent phase is contingent on permits and approvals, featuring plans for a piano bar, auditorium, arts and crafts room, lounge, fitness center, sauna, pool, outdoor deck, juice bar, and pickleball court. The full renovation project is expected to take three years to complete. Rent pricing starts at $3,500 per month for studios and includes access to amenities, meal service, housekeeping and maintenance.
